We are looking for Duty Manager
As a Duty Manager we rely on you to:
- Ensure smooth operation on a daily basis
- Enhance overall guest experience during their stay
- Supervise & direct the front desk team assisting in guest problem solving
- Ensure all colleagues are kept up-to-date with hotel products and services
- Monitor all arrivals and departures from a guest experience perspective
- Coordinating with housekeeping & other departments to ensure high quality service & accuracy is delivered
- Ensure work process and performance are in compliance with Company practices policies and Shangri-La Service Standards
- Ensure all Emergency response attend in timely manner and address accordingly
We are looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in being a hotelier
- Friendy loves interacting with guests from all backgrounds
- Has strong Leadership skill in a positive manner and approach
- Loves challengesm must be detail-focused and guest oriented
- Strong interpersonal and Problem Solving Skill
- Fully understands room operations and Opera Management System
- High proficiency in English both in written and spoken
- Has experience in the similar capacity of International 5 star Hotel group
- Preferably comes from a hotel management-related education background
- Agile strong analytical and critical thinking
