We are looking for Duty Manager

As a Duty Manager we rely on you to:

  • Ensure smooth operation on a daily basis
  • Enhance overall guest experience during their stay
  • Supervise & direct the front desk team assisting in guest problem solving
  • Ensure all colleagues are kept up-to-date with hotel products and services
  • Monitor all arrivals and departures from a guest experience perspective
  • Coordinating with housekeeping & other departments to ensure high quality service & accuracy is delivered
  • Ensure work process and performance are in compliance with Company practices policies and Shangri-La Service Standards
  • Ensure all Emergency response attend in timely manner and address accordingly

We are looking for someone who:

  • Takes pride in being a hotelier
  • Friendy loves interacting with guests from all backgrounds
  • Has strong Leadership skill in a positive manner and approach
  • Loves challengesm must be detail-focused and guest oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and Problem Solving Skill
  • Fully understands room operations and Opera Management System
  • High proficiency in English both in written and spoken
  • Has experience in the similar capacity of International 5 star Hotel group
  • Preferably comes from a hotel management-related education background
  • Agile strong analytical and critical thinking
