About the Role
As an Assistant Concierge you will be providing personalized guest assistance to ensure every guest enjoys convenience and comfort throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee guest luggage storage pick-up and delivery of parcels newspaper and messages.
- Assist guests with travel arrangements visa applications and transportation requests.
- Provide updated recommendations on restaurants shopping areas and tourist attractions.
- Supervise and support departmental training for the Concierge Team.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
About You
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Concierge Department of luxury Hotels.
- Reliable customer-oriented and self-motivated team player with strong communication skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
