• Managing your own exclusive patch across Kent
• Valuing properties and securing new instructions
• Handling negotiations and managing the sales process

• Growing your local reputation and business portfolio

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience at Senior Negotiator Lister or Branch Manager level
• Strong valuation and instruction-winning track record
• Deep understanding of the local property market in your area
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow a business
• Highly professional confident and self-motivated
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential
