We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our warehouse and logistics operations. Reporting to senior management youll lead a dedicated team to deliver excellence in fulfilment efficiency and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

Oversee daily warehouse operations including embellishment scheduling picking packing and goods inwards.
Manage and develop warehouse staff including performance reviews and recruitment.
Drive DIFOT targets (98% within 5 days) and continuous improvement in processes and layout efficiency.
Support implementation of WMS/RF systems (Cloud Coders & NetSuite).
Collaborate across departments to meet business goals.
Maintain compliance with all OH&S and legislative requirements.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years experience in purchasing inventory or supply chain management.
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Highly organised with a proactive hands-on approach.
Confident in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
A team player with integrity reliability and a sense of humour.

Benefits: Full Time $105000 - $120000 Fuel Allowance or Car Bonus

38 hours/week Monday to Friday
