As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer you will lead designing development and maintaining distributed applications that provide a reliable and scalable platform experience for application teams.

Position Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain clean well-documented and efficient code for both the front-end (React HTML CSS JavaScript) and back-end (your preferred server-side language Python Java NET/C#).
Mentor other engineers providing guidance on their work and progress.
Own your work ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Work with product managers and other engineers to define technical requirements.
Collaborate with designers to curate an ideal user experience.
Design and build scalable and secure APIs.
Implement robust and efficient databases.
Solve and debug complex technical issues.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
Pair program with other engineers on the team.
Stay up to date on the latest development technologies and trends.
Use leading technologies such as GitHub Copilot to increase efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Ability to lead technical solutioning and mentor other junior engineers.
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles.
Problem solving and debugging skills with collaborative approach to timely resolution and communication on after action.
Strong communication and with a teamwork spirit.
Ability to assess requirements and provide technical solutioning options and level of effort estimates.
Continuous learning mentality and advocate for positive change.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Azure AKS on Azure or other cloud platforms (e.g. AWS GCP)
Experience with DevOps principles and tools
Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
Experience with project tracking software (e.g Jira)

Salary range is expected to be between
$94220.00 CAD - $174980.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location please contact for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training.
