Job Summary

As a Hiring and Recruiting Specialist at Hands Working Virtually you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. You will be responsible for sourcing screening and interviewing candidates for various positions with a focus on roles based in the United States. This is a remote position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates including online job boards social media and networking events.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications skills and fit for the role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage the candidate experience from application to offer stage ensuring a positive and seamless process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates for US-based roles.
Previous experience working as a hiring and recruiting specialist in a remote environment.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred.
