Summary: - We are seeking an experienced Agile Master to join our agile software development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile principles and a proven track record of successfully leading Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Responsibilities (are not limited to): - Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning Daily Stand up Sprint Review Retrospective) to ensure the team is adhering to Agile practices and continuously improving.
- Coach and mentor the development team on Scrum principles agile methodologies and best practices.
- Manage the backlog prioritise tasks and ensure the team is working on the most valuable items.
- Remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder the teams progress escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Foster a collaborative and transparent work environment encouraging open communication and teamwork.
- Continuously monitor the teams velocity and identify areas for improvement adjusting the process as needed.
- Liaise with stakeholders product owners and other cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Provide regular status updates and reports on the teams performance and progress.
- Champion the adoption of agile principles and practices across the organization.

Experience and Skills Sets required: Experience: - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or agile project management role.
- Thorough understanding of Scrum framework agile methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication facilitation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using Scrum tools and project management software.
Primary Skills(s): - Agile ATC Tool chain (Jira Confluence X-ray Test management)
- Delivery Management Risk Management
- Microsoft Projects or any other project management tools
- Effective Communication & Presentation skills
