The SAP iXp Program is SAPs global strategic paid program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

Languages Required:

A high level of Business English (verbal and written) is required as it is the primary working language across teams.
Spanish proficiency is an advantage due to frequent collaboration with local universities and event partners.


Start Date:
February 2026 (minimum 6-month placement)


Who You Are:

You are organized proactive and passionate about connecting with people. You enjoy managing multiple projects have strong communication skills and are comfortable engaging with both internal and external stakeholders. Youre creative detail-oriented and can bring fresh ideas to life from event planning to content creation.

  • Youre studying something like Event Management Business Administration Marketing Communications or related fields.
  • Experienced in event planning and management is an advantage
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Canva or video creation tools is a plus.
  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communicator who enjoys working in a dynamic multicultural environment.
  • Proactive reliable and solution-oriented.
  • Your university must be able to sign a tri-party agreement with SAP (required by Spanish law).
  • Ready for a full-time 6-month placement (39.5 hours per week).

Your Mission:

As an Ambassador Program Intern your mission is to help strengthen SAPs employer brand by supporting our Ambassador Program and university engagement initiatives. Youll work closely with our internal teams and university partners to ensure events fairs and ambassador activities are well-organized tracked and communicated effectively.

What Youll Learnand How:

During your internship youll gain hands-on experience in event coordination communication and employer branding within a global technology company.

You will learn how to:

  • Plan organize and deliver impactful events in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams ambassadors and university partners.
  • Use data and feedback to measure the success and impact of initiatives.
  • Apply creativity and storytelling to promote SAPs brand and culture.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Understand how SAP builds long-term relationships with universities and future talent.
