Position Summary:
The Program Manager 2 is responsible for staffing quality assurance clinical supervision training and direct supervision of case managers in assigned areas. This position is non-exempt and works under the supervision of the Program Director. The eligible candidate for the Program Manager 2 position will work 1st shift Monday-Friday with flexibility to work weekend and holiday hours as needed to fit program needs.
The Program Manager 2 is a member of the care team providing care and comprehensive substance use treatment services to women who have young children or are expecting a child at our residential Women and Children Substance Abuse Treatment facilities.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree with licensure (LPC LMFT LCSW)
- 5 years relevant experience
- Valid Connecticut Drivers License
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
Orientation:
If selected for employment with The Connection newly hired employees will be required to attend a two (2) day mandatory New Hire Orientation at our Roscommon office located in Middletown.
