Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Tech at Meadows on McCarty you will be responsible for maintaining the physical appearance and functionality of our healthcare facility. This is a full-time hourly position in the healthcare/medical industry located in Saginaw Michigan. This role is an individual contributor position and reports to the Executive Director.

Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs for the facility including plumbing electrical HVAC and general building repairs
Respond to and address maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the facility at all times
Coordinate with outside contractors for major repairs and renovations
Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
Report any potential safety hazards or issues to the Maintenance Director
Assist with snow removal and lawn care as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous maintenance experience in a healthcare or medical facility preferred
Knowledge of plumbing electrical HVAC and general building repairs
Experience with medical equipment maintenance preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor as needed
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Must be able to work flexible hours
