Facilities Management currently has aCleaner/Portervacancy within ourCorporate Asset ManagementDepartment.
The department consists of 3 key business areas: Fleet Services Estates and Facilities Management that provide a wide range of enabling support services including acquisitions and disposals maintenance and servicing of police buildings and vehicles.
The successful applicant will be responsible for carrying out general cleaning and some porter duties within areas of an operational police station or partner building that consist of offices washrooms and welfare areas custody suites and forensic areas.
Full training will be given commensurate with the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) standards.
There may be a requirement to commute to other sites from to time within reasonable travelling distance to cover abstractions of colleagues.
Cleaner/porter operatives are required to work across the police estate of West Midlands covering Birmingham. We currently have the following Part Time vacancy: -
Lloyd House: 30 hours per week:Monday - Friday 06:00am - 12:00pm
