What Youll Do:

• Lead coach and develop a diverse team of Trade Support Specialists and graduates fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
• Set clear objectives monitor performance and provide regular feedback and tailored development to support individual and team growth.
• Engage regularly in the field to support team members ensure customer excellence and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and deliver structured learning pathways for graduates supporting their progression and building a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure all team activities align with commercial goals provide accurate reporting and champion new ways of working in line with Stanley Black & Decker values.

• Experience supporting high-performing individuals and nurturing future leaders.
• Excellent communication presentation and organisational skills.
