Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager (EBAM)
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager (EBAM) to join a dynamic and collaborative team. This role is integral to supporting the consultants and ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional service to the clients. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in employee benefits a strong work ethic and a passion for fostering teamwork and professional growth. This is a hybrid position requiring two days per week in the office.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80000 - $110000 (flexible based on experience)
- 401(k): Competitive plan offered
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service and support to consultants (Account Executives) in managing national employee benefits accounts.
- Handle a variety of benefits plans including medical dental vision and ancillary with a focus on self-funded accounts.
- Assist with quoting new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
- Utilize tools such as Excel PowerPoint Teams and Salesforce to manage and organize account information.
- Potentially travel to visit clients as needed (not required).
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Life & Health (L&H) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits with a strong understanding of medical dental vision and ancillary benefits as well as self-funded plans.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint Teams and Salesforce.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Highly motivated and eager to develop a long-term career.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
