About the Role: Our client is looking for a Deployment Manager to lead the successful implementation of our platform for new clients. This hands-on leader will oversee the deployment process from onboarding through full adoption ensuring a seamless transition and exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate combines strong project management and managerial skills with a genuine talent for relationship-building and process development.
What Youll Do
Oversee and manage all aspects of client deployments ensuring on-time and successful implementations
Build and refine implementation frameworks documentation and workflows to drive efficiency and scalability
Serve as the lead for clients during the deployment phase setting clear expectations and maintaining transparent communication
Lead and mentor a small team of implementation consultants promoting accountability collaboration and growth
Collect feedback and insights to continuously improve deployment processes and client satisfaction
What You Bring
35 years of management or team leadership experience in software implementation deployment or client success
Proven success managing SaaS implementations with enterprise or institutional clients
Strong interpersonal and communication skills you know how to build trust and rapport with clients and internal stakeholders alike
Experience training external clients or users on a software platform
Familiarity with LMS integrations
Process-minded with the ability to design and improve systems for scale
EdTech experience is a plus but not required
