The Student and Academic Services Team are looking for a Year Abroad Administrator.

The Opportunity:

Join the LLC Student and Academic Services Team as Year Abroad Administrator playing a pivotal role in delivering smooth studentcentred support for year abroad work placements and field trips across the School. Youll triage enquiries coordinate predeparture and return activities keep records accurate and provide responsive support to students and staff while working with partners across the University. This is an ideal position for a proactive organiser who thrives in a busy teamfocused role and enjoys improving how things are done.

This post is open ended and full-time (35 hours per week).

Your skills and attributes for success:

Relevant administrative experience preferably in an HE environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to deal confidently and sympathetically with issues of a sensitive nature.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft software packages (Word Excel).
Organisation and time management skills.
Competent numeracy literacy and IT skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
