Job Summary
As a Front Desk Agent you are an ambassador of hospitality ensuring that every guests journey begins and ends with a positive and memorable impression of our resort.
As a Front Desk Agent you will:
- Greet register and assign rooms to guests
- Issue room key and escort instructions to Bell Staff
- Date stamp sort and rack incoming mail and message
- Transmit and receive telephone messages
- Answer inquiries about hotel services guest registration shopping dining entertainment and travel directions
- Keep records of room availability and guests accounts
- Compute bills collect payments and make changes for guests
- Create and confirm reservations
- Post charges such as room food liquor or telephone to the ledger
- Make restaurant transportation or entertainment reservations and arrange tours
- Nightly bucket checks
- Able to listen and find solutions to guests problem
Qualifications :

- Available to work: 6pm - 2am and 11pm - 7am.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 15lbs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
