Event Planning & Coordination:
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define event objectives themes and requirements.
- Develop and manage event project plans timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate all event logistics including venue selection catering transportation and equipment rentals.
Internal Communication & Supplier Management
- Build and maintain relationships with clients vendors and internal teams.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms.
- Act as the main point of contact for all event-related inquiries and updates.
Execution & On-Site Management:
- Manage event setup and execution ensuring smooth operations.
- Coordinate event staff and volunteers to ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly defined.
Qualifications :
Education:
Bachelors degree in Event Management Marketing Communications or a related field (beneficial not mandatory)
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event coordination or project management.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Budgeting and financial management skills
Personal Attributes:
