As a at Business Analyst youll play a crucial role in turning data into actionable insights that guide decision-making across departments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Production Finance and Supply Chain to identify trends recommend improvements and support strategic initiatives..
Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements:
- Degree or relevant qualifications
- Degree B Eng (Industrial) (advantageous)
- 7 years experience in business analysis process analysis
- 4 years experience in business analysis activity related to the development of bespoke web or mobile applications
- Advanced excel skills other MS Office experience (specifically Outlook Word PowerPoint)
- SQL experiences advantageous
- FMCG experience advantageous
- Experience with analysis and design of business reports advantageous
- Dynamics NAV / Business Central experience advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Administer IT systems.
- Monitoring and supporting the companies applications
- Participate in testing of new system functionality
- Participate in user acceptance testing
- Identify process change elements
- Develop training material and conduct formal training sessions for end user
- Provide technical assistance in training mentoring and coaching staff
- Monitoring for optimal success of project
