Job Summary

What You Will Do

Design build and extend AI agents to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Apply Generative AI and machine learning models to solve complex challenges and support various business functions.
Collaborate across teams to identify automation opportunities and integrate AI tools into existing infrastructure.
Analyze large datasets to extract insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Research emerging AI and automation technologies to recommend best practices and contribute to innovation.
Document workflows participate in technical discussions and support dashboard/reporting tool development.

How You Will Do It

Collaborating with mentors and team members on AI and automation projects as well as participating in meetings and feedback sessions.
Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to break down complex challenges into actionable tasks.
Developing AI solutions using tools like Python TensorFlow or PyTorch while following best practices in code quality and documentation.
Communicating progress and findings effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrating adaptability by learning new technologies and proposing innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions.
Managing time efficiently taking ownership of responsibilities and contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

What We Look For

Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science Data Science or Information Technology.
Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.
Duration: Summer 2026. Up to 40 hours per week. Part-time during the school year may be available.
Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions with the option to work in the office. Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods.
