About the role:
We have a great opportunity for a paralegal to join our Housing Regeneration and Development (HDR) team in Leeds.
As a paralegal you will be required to assist the land acquisition team in conducting legal due diligence to run some smaller individual matters (such as infrastructure documentation) and to deal with registration and post completion formalities.

About you:
Were looking for an individual who demonstrates sound technical and theoretical knowledge of land law and the ability to apply this practically. You will have experience using a case-management system and working within a legal or other business environment.
Strong client-facing skills are essential with experience of dealing with clients either independently or as part of a addition you will have undertaken and ideally completed the Legal Practice Course.
