Program Staff - Cotting Transition Institute - Working with Adults with DisabilitiesJob Type: Per DiemPay Rate: $40.00/hourLocation: Cotting School Lexington MAWe are seeking compassionate and reliable Per Diem Program Staff to join our team in supporting adults with developmental and intellectual this role you will help facilitate a variety of engaging and enriching activities that promote social skills independence and personal growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and wants a flexible Youll DoLead and assist with activities: You will guide participants through fun well-structured activities which may include cooking arts and crafts and social guidance and support: Your primary role is to ensure a safe and positive environment helping participants follow activity directions and engage with their participation: You will motivate and encourage adults to try new things and participate fully in all scheduled note: This position does not involve any personal care or toileting responsibilities. All activities are pre-planned and well-directed.
