Position Overview:
We are seeking Junior to Mid-Level Consultants with at least two (2) years of experience supporting Knowledge Management (KM) and Knowledge Transfer (KT) initiatives in the federal sector. The ideal candidate will support KM/KT engagements through project management assistance client-facing interactions development of deliverables and facilitation activities. Work will often be performed under the guidance of more senior consultants but requires independent initiative and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning execution and monitoring of Knowledge Management and Knowledge Transfer projects for federal clients.
Assist in the development of KM/KT materials including process documentation knowledge repositories training materials standard operating procedures (SOPs) and communication plans.
Participate in and support client-facing meetings briefings and workshops ensuring clear and effective communication.
Facilitate or co-facilitate KM/KT sessions interviews and knowledge capture activities.
Track and report project progress risks and issues to internal and client stakeholders.
Conduct research and contribute to the development of strategic KM/KT recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement knowledge-sharing frameworks tools and processes.
Support change management efforts to promote adoption of KM/KT solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting KM/KT projects in a government or consulting environment.
Experience with project coordination or management support in a client-facing setting.
Proven ability to develop professional materials such as reports decks SOPs and job aids.
Strong facilitation or co-facilitation skills; able to engage stakeholders effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint Word Excel) and collaboration tools such as SharePoint Teams or Confluence.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with federal agencies in a consulting role.
Knowledge of KM frameworks methodologies and best practices.
Exposure to change management principles.
Familiarity with knowledge capture and retention techniques.
Certification in Project Management (e.g. CAPM PMP) or KM (e.g. CKM) is a plus but not required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
