In this position you will:
Serve as the principal partner to leadership on operational strategy communication and execution helping shape the future of national aviation modernization.
Driveenterprise strategy development ensuring alignment between missions portfolios and modernization goals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams totranslate strategic objectives into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
Lead the preparation ofexecutive briefings strategic dashboards and performance analysesfor leadership.
Monitor execution of major initiatives to ensure they remain aligned with strategic intent risk posture and budget.
Facilitategovernance processes leadership forums and enterprise decision-makingactivities.
Managestrategic communications and messagingto ensure consistent alignment across workstreams.
Partner with Program Management Offices (PMOs) to synchronize modernization transformation and integration activities.
Conductmarket risk and capability analysesto inform future-state planning and investment strategies.

- Collaborate across a diverse network ofexecutives engineers analysts and policymakers.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship Required.
- Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- 10 years of professional experience in strategic planning leadership executive advisory or Chief of Stafftype role.
- Proven ability to leadenterprise-level strategy and transformation effortsin complex organizations.
- Demonstrated success inexecutive communications stakeholder engagement and performance oversight.
- Experience managingcross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise inperformance measurement risk management and strategic alignment.
- Excellent written verbal and presentation skills with experience briefing senior federal executives.
- Knowledge offederal acquisition budget planning and program evaluation processes.
- Experience managingdata-driven performance tracking and KPI development.
- Proven record of success inorganizational transformation or change management initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with or for theFAA DOT or state aviation authorities.
- Prior experience supportingFAA NextGen NAS modernization or federal aviation strategy programs.
- Degree in Business Strategy Public Administration Public Policy Business Engineering or related field.
- Background inaviation operations infrastructure or safety program strategy.
- Certifications such asPMP PfMP Lean Six Sigma or SAFe Agilist.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture data governance or technology transformation initiatives.
- Experience developing enterprise roadmaps and strategic investment portfolios.

Target Salary Range
$135000 - $216000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
