Your role as a Part-time Support Specialist (DSP)
As a Part-time Support Specialist (DSP) at RTC Services you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your role will involve guiding clients through various life skills and activities of daily living ensuring they enjoy a fulfilling and enriched experience. You will facilitate community participation offering transportation in a large van or shuttle bus and assist with personal care as needed. Additionally you will be responsible for completing all necessary documentation for the support services provided ensuring compliance and continuity of care.

Requirements for the position:

- Valid Ohio drivers license (less than 5 points)
- Must be 18 or older
Must be able to pass a criminal background check by fingerprinting in accordance with Ohio Revised Codeand drug screen.
