We are a district that serves over 6900 students and employs 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students three elementary schools for grades 1-4 two middle schools for grades 5-8 and one high school for grades 9-12.
Position Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Flag Football Coaches to lead and develop our STMA Community Education Dome Flag Football program.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for training young athletes of varying skill levels developing and leading effective drills and instilling discipline and teamwork. Key duties include teaching football techniques preparing athletes for competitions andensuring a safe and motivating environment. Strong leadership communication skills and apassion for mentoring athletes are essential. Previous experience as a coach or player is preferred
Age Ranges: Students grades 3-8.
Start dates:Monday December 1 2025
Schedule:Mondays December 1 8 15 29 January 5. 5:15 - 8:30 PM each day.
Salary and Benefits:
- Student Aides: $15.50/hour
- Coaches $20-$27/hour
No benefit eligibility other thanEarned Safe and Sick Time (ESST)as provided by law.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience in instructing/coaching/playing preferred.
Minimum age: 16 year olds.
