Department overview:
Sale Operations link Gaydon to the Regional Sales Teams and Global Dealer Network. We set the sales targets monitor orders received into the factory and provide support to our AML dealers all over the world.
Job Purpose:
The Sales Support Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the commercial function through accurate and timely completion of key tasks.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Admin support for Sales Operations and Sales Planning teams.
- Attendance of the weekly Commercial regional meetings where you will take the minutes and distribute with actions and owners.
- Assist with dealer finance claims.
- Support the introduction of a new ERP system through update and maintenance of data as new features and processes are introduced.
- Assist with data related tasks across various systems e.g. Excel Infor Salesforce
- Receipting of supplier invoices in the system and raising Purchase orders.
- Raising Non-Production invoices
- Ad hoc support for wider Commercial function as required.
- Supporting with Dealer Support Coordinator holiday cover
- Price checks and corrections on vehicle invoices
- Running and distribution of daily Wholesale and Retail status reports to the regional teams
- Supporting with Regional inboxes during busy times.
- Responsible for the allocating and issuing of deposits for Limited addition special cars
Qualification & Experience:
- A good level of PC literacy is essential especially Excel.
- Similar data entry / admin support role experience desired but not necessary.
Behaviours:
- A pro-active flexible and team-oriented approach which is supportive towards all team members and recognizes the importance of achieving team targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a good telephone manner is required.
- Rigorous attention to detail.
- A positive approach to problem solving.
