Supporting customer through different channels
Analysing and solvingcustomersqueries
Sharing information on administrative and technical requests (products invoices etc.)
Making changes to the system
Forwardingfaults or calls to otherdepartments

Germanat min. C1 level
Customer oriented attitude
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Willingness to work intwo shifts between 8am and 10pm Monday-Sunday5 days a week 40 hoursper week
