Are you a highly organised solutions-driven administration professional looking for a unique opportunity to make a real impact Join our dynamic Broking Services team at Marsh Corporate and Commercial as a Broking Administration Manager based in either Melbourne or Sydney. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home while collaborating in the office at least three days a week.
In this pivotal role you will ensure the seamless administration of our Authorised Representative business and provide essential business operations support to managers and colleagues within the Corporate & Commercial team with a primary focus on the Authorised Representative segment.
We will count on you to:
- Lead the efficient on-boarding and off-boarding of Authorised Representatives ensuring smooth transitions.
- Maintain accurate records and manage system user access for Authorised Representatives and their personnel.
- Build and nurture strong collaborative relationships with C & C team members Authorised Representatives and internal stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism integrity and discretion.
- Support financial reporting activities including budget distribution and forecasting communications.
- Continuously improve administrative processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience in business operations and/or administration with an understanding of financial reporting and compliance with rigorous policies and procedures.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills to manage and analyse data effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect and collaborate seamlessly with colleagues clients and insurers.
- A track record of delivering high-quality consistent results.
- The ability to take initiative manage increased responsibilities and work independently with minimal supervision.
