Senior Associate Commercial Property
Salary: 75000 - 95000 (dependent on experience)
Location: Southampton
Are you an experienced Commercial Property Senior Associate looking for your next challenge Join an award-winning collaborative team at a leading independent law firm in Southampton recognised in Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners for excellence in commercial real estate.
About the Role
Youll handle a diverse caseload of complex real estate matters working with clients across various industries. Day-to-day youll:
- Manage your own caseload of commercial property transactions.
- Oversee and mentor junior solicitors contributing to their growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support business development initiatives within the team.
About You
Were looking for someone with:
- At least 10 years PQE in Commercial Property with expertise in diverse property agreements.
- A proven ability to supervise and delegate tasks effectively.
- Interest or experience in marketing and business development.
- A team-focused mindset with excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ambition to progress to Partnership or existing Partners seeking a lateral move.
