Are you ready to drive operational excellence and strategic alignment in a dynamic digital marketing environment Were looking for a Planning & Operations Manager (DCM) to join our Brand & Customer Experience team and play a pivotal role in enabling high-performing marketing operations.

About the Role

As the Planning & Operations Manager youll lead the day-to-day operations of the Digital & Customer Marketing (DCM) team. Youll ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget optimise processes and align resources with strategic priorities. This role also leads marketing planning cycles performance visibility and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution and compliance with enterprise frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Operations:
    • Develop and optimise workflows for marketing efficiency
    • Oversee budget tracking forecasting and reporting
    • Manage contract renewals and campaign governance
    • Coordinate across creative content media and analytics teams
  • Planning & Strategy Support:
    • Lead annual and quarterly planning aligned to business goals
    • Translate strategy into operational plans with KPIs
    • Monitor performance and share insights
    • Support resource allocation and continuous improvement
    • Manage commercial agreements and contract lifecycles
  • Collaboration & Leadership:
    • Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure transparency
    • Facilitate planning and review meetings
    • Mentor team members in project management best practices
    • Build strong relationships with vendors and partners

What Youll Bring

  • Bachelors degree in marketing Business or related field (masters preferred)
  • 4 years experience in marketing operations project management or campaign planning
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign lifecycles
  • Experience with paid media analytics Martech and 1:1 communications
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira Confluence Salesforce and Google Analytics
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage budgets resources and performance tracking
  • Experience in fast-paced high-volume environments
