Job Description:
We are looking for a Medical Secretary to provide administrative support to physicians and department staff. Responsibilities include answering phones taking messages scheduling patient appointments registering new patients maintaining charts and records and assisting with correspondence. You will also help cover other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

35 years of secretarial or administrative experience
Typing speed of 75 WPM or higher
Computer skills (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High School Diploma or equivalent

Skills:

Ability to multitask and work independently
Professional and positive attitude
Organized and detail-oriented
