Job Title: Temporary Dental Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
Shift: On-site TuesdayThursday; Remote Monday & Friday - Full-time Temporary (through end of year)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experiencedRecruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialistto join our team on a temporary basis through the end of the year. This role will primarily supportnon-provider hiring(administrative front office billing and operations roles) within our growing dental ideal candidate will be a proactive and organized recruiter who can manage multiple openings source top talent and deliver an excellent candidate experience.Dental or healthcare recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and priorities for non-provider roles.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards LinkedIn Indeed and other channels.
- Screen resumes conduct phone interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
- Manage candidate pipelines ensuring timely communication and strong follow-through.
- Assist in onboarding coordination and pre-employment processes as needed.
- Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting reports.
- Represent the organization professionally and promote its culture and values to prospective employees.
Requirements:
- 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (healthcare or dental preferred).
- Must have experience using iCIMS
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and online sourcing tools.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
