Responsibilities:
- Review IT Problem Management tickets to assess and bring teams together to understand the Incident and find Root Cause / Resolution for that issue.
- Prepare all applicable IT problems to be presented to the teams involved in the incident. Along with presentation to the IT Problem Advisory Board (PAB) for review.
- Provide feedback and various reports and metrics to leadership stating the current state of IT Problem process and policy adherence.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Close interaction with Incident Management Change Management Release Management and Configuration Management will be required.
- IT Service Management (ITSM) experience is a must - preferably IT Problem Management
- Strong analytical and communication skills are required.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
- Experience with process policy and metric development is a plus.
- Experience with IT Release
- Management Incident Management Change Management and Configuration Management including software delivery lifecycles is a plus.
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
- ITILv3 Cert
