Why this role matters
As a Privacy Analyst you will support the organization by assessing processing activities and internal controls and perform analysis to measure program effectiveness and compliance and consult on privacy by design. You will be the Privacy subject expert and partner with all key business areas to ensure data privacy risks are considered addressed and tracked.
What youll do:
- Lead global company-wide assessment and tracking of personal data processing activities within Ivanti products services and subprocessors.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and best practice resource within own area of work.
- Managing Data Subject Requests
- Coordinate responses to privacy-related queries.
- Support legal and regulatory research.
- Drafting and maintaining privacy processes and procedures.
- Completing privacy-related questionnaires.
What you will bring:
- Experience in a similar role with great exposure to global Data Protection and Privacy laws and regulations (e.g. GDPR CCPA) and industry standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001 SSAE 18).
- Experience in the technology sector strongly preferred.
- Able to use a range of communication and influencing techniques to successfully negotiate collaborate or effect change in relation to data protection and privacy matters with different stakeholders at all levels within the business (e.g. Operations HR IT Security).
- Must be a Self-starter confident working in a distributed environment with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work and learn quickly in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.
- Ability to work to regulatory deadlines sometimes under pressure with exceptional time management activity coordination and prioritization skills.
- Bachelors degree
