Job Summary

Civil Engineer II

Full-Time In-Person (70% Office / 30% Field)

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer II to support a wide range of civil and environmental engineering projects including land development stormwater management wastewater systems and permitting. This position is part of a multidisciplinary team serving clients across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:

Design civil site layouts stormwater systems utilities and grading using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Prepare and submit permit applications for stormwater wastewater erosion control and site development
Conduct field inspections and support construction oversight for infrastructure and environmental systems
Collaborate with project managers engineers and CAD designers to deliver high-quality solutions
Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling using HEC-RAS and HEC-HMS
Support project planning budgeting and scheduling
Communicate with regulatory agencies and provide technical support to clients

Required Qualifications:

B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Masters degree a plus)
6 years of experience in civil/site or environmental engineering
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in PA and/or NJ
Experience with PADEP/NJDEP regulations and permitting
Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D HEC-RAS HEC-HMS and Microsoft Office
Valid drivers license and ability to travel to project sites

Preferred Skills:

Strong communication and technical writing abilities
Experience with land development utility planning and regulatory coordination
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate in a team environment
