Position Details:
Schedule: Monday through Friday full-time on-site
Hours: 40 hours per week day shift 7am-4pm
Pay: $20 per hour

What Youll Do:
In this role you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Delivering professional communication and excellent customer service
- Reviewing work orders and preparing repair estimates
- Handling accounts receivable and organizing customer billing
- Obtaining purchase orders for billing
- Performing general office administration tasks
- Assisting the Shop Manager as needed

What We are Looking for:
- Previous experience in a shop environment or as a service writer
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Valid drivers license
