Customer Service Representative
Paying $20 per hour on 2nd shift
Location: Northwood OH

Were seeking a driven Customer Service Representative to be the frontline liaison between our customers and internal teams ensuring seamless communication and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide responsive customer service via phone and email regarding material availability and order status.
Coordinate issue resolution by collaborating with internal departments including contract administration purchasing finance and plant operations.
Meet and monitor internal sales goals related to order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Create update and maintain reports on customer issues order activity and sales performance.
Perform order entry and prepare quotes as needed or assigned.
Uphold and exemplify TKMNAs Employee Attributes and Competencies.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of customer service experience
Proficient computer skills beyond the basic level
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-first mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile
Self-motivated dependable and goal-oriented
Flexible schedule with availability for overtime
Preferred Qualifications
College degree
Experience in the metals industry particularly in management customer service sales or purchasing
