Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

Deep knowledge and experience with agile ways of working Mandatory Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master Good to have agile delivery experience with Microsoft products (e.g. Dynamics) and data transformation would be helpful Individual skills Confident and skilled at identifying and navigating through roadblocks / impediments Unafraid to go to bat for the team Takes ownership of POD and ensure timely and quality deliverables are released aligned to the stakeholder expectations Communicates openly and effectively resolving and managing conflicts while maintaining a positive environment. Demonstrates leadership traits such as integrity emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to change. Inspires and motivates others fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
