About the role
As Learning Governance Lead youll develop and embed a sustainable governance framework that supports compliance capability uplift and continuous improvement across Motor Claims Customer. Youll work closely with stakeholders to ensure learning governance is aligned effective and future ready.
What youll do
- Lead the design and implementation of a learning governance framework that meets regulatory and business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align governance tools and processes with group standards and insights.
- Manage cyclical activities including reporting reviews and documentation updates.
- Create and maintain SharePoint resources to support governance visibility and access.
- Advocate for learning governance maturity and share insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and influence to ensure ownership and action across teams.
What youll bring
- 3 years comparable industry experience in Insurance or Financial Services.
- Experience in governance frameworks or compliance within insurance or financial services.
- Ability to analyse trends and insights to inform decisions and highlight emerging risks.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Proficiency in managing documentation reporting cycles and governance tools.
