About the RoleWere seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to support a vertically integrated real estate platform that spans investment property management and brokerage operations. The role focuses on industrial and commercial properties managing the full leasing lifecycle and strengthening relationships with tenants brokers and internal teams to drive occupancy and performance across a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities- Manage the full leasing cycle from lead generation and inquiry response to property tours application processing and lease execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants property managers and brokerage partners across multiple assets.
- Support coordination between property management investment and brokerage functions to ensure seamless operations and tenant satisfaction.
- Track and report leasing performance metrics occupancy rates and renewal activity.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available spaces and attract qualified leads.
- Ensure compliance with leasing standards company policies and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- 24 years of leasing or property management experience ideally focused on industrial or commercial properties.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with a customer-first approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management platforms preferred.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple leasing pipelines simultaneously.
- Proactive goal-driven and adaptable to a dynamic real estate environment.
