Enhancement Manager Commercial Landscape Maintenance

Overview:

A leading commercial landscaping company is seeking a skilled and client-focused Enhancement Manager to lead its landscape enhancement operations in Jacksonville FL. This role is responsible for managing enhancement projects from proposal to completion ensuring quality execution profitability and strong client relationships. The Enhancement Manager will play a key role in identifying revenue-generating opportunities and delivering high-impact improvements across commercial maintenance accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full life cycle of enhancement projects including estimating proposal development scheduling execution and quality assurance

• Work closely with account managers to identify and scope enhancement opportunities across existing client portfolios including HOAs office parks healthcare municipalities and multi-family properties

• Build and maintain relationships with property managers and key stakeholders to proactively address landscape needs and present solutions

• Oversee field crews to ensure safety productivity and adherence to design and quality standards

• Coordinate materials equipment and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• Monitor project profitability and job costing making adjustments as needed to improve margins

• Ensure all enhancement work aligns with company standards and client expectations

• Support business development initiatives by participating in walk-throughs and enhancement presentations

• Mentor field staff and contribute to overall branch team development and performance

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in landscape enhancements project management or a related role within the commercial landscape industry

• Strong horticultural knowledge and a solid understanding of landscape construction and design principles

• Proven ability to estimate and manage enhancement projects ranging from small seasonal color installations to large-scale hardscape or planting upgrades

• Effective communicator with both internal crews and external clients

• Detail-oriented highly organized and capable of juggling multiple projects and priorities

• Proficiency in estimating software CRM systems and MS Office Suite

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
