Job Summary

The Opportunity

Join our Homes NSW contract as a Contract Administrator overseeing our Western Sydney and South West Sydney portfolio. Our NSW Land and Housing contract delivers asset maintenance services to approximately 30000 properties including multi-dwelling complexes high-rises and single dwellings across Sydney.

In this pivotal role youll support the Commercial and Performance Manager in managing the head contract to ensure seamless delivery and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to drive positive contract and performance outcomes
  • Manage and maintain all records related to the Head Contract
  • Investigate and draft responses to client requests tenant complaints escalations ministerial enquiries and non-compliance notices
  • Collaborate with operational teams to support timely completion of all contract reporting including responses to Principals Feedback and preparation of performance presentations
  • Prepare and submit Aboriginal Participation reports in compliance with NSW Government and contractual requirements
  • Coordinate third-party claims and subpoena investigations
  • Support the Project Director with formal contract communications
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks as requested by the Commercial and Performance Manager

About You

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel)
  • Demonstrated experience in a Contract Administrator Commercial Administrator or similar role
  • Strong understanding of contract administration and ability to interpret complex contract terms
  • Proven experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management with a proactive approach to deadlines
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously when required
  • Background in services infrastructure or maintenance (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat and SAP (desirable)
