Ventia is seeking internal expressions of interest for a strategic and operational leader to join our Defence Clothing System team as a Regional Manager for NSW/ACT to commence in 2026. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality clothing services across multiple Defence sites ensuring compliance performance and customer satisfaction. This role can be based in either Sydney or Canberra however cannot be performed remotely.
About the Role
As Regional Manager you will lead and coordinate the operational delivery of Defence Clothing System services across your designated region. Reporting to the Retail Services Manager youll manage site leads drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with Defence and Ventia standards. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational excellence stakeholder engagement and financial performance.

About the Contract
Ventia has recently been appointed as the single industry partner for a transformative new contract supporting the Australian Defence Forces clothing capability. Commencing mid-2026 this seven-year agreement (with potential extension for additional 13 years) will modernise and streamline clothing services for Defence personnel. Ventia will collaborate with expert Australian organisations to deliver end-to-end solutions including design supply warehousing distribution and retail store services ensuring efficiency innovation and exceptional value for the Commonwealth.
