Ventia is seeking a highly capable and strategic National Fleet Manager to lead the operational and strategic management of Defence Clothing System inventory across our national network. Reporting to the Network Inventory Manager this role is critical in ensuring the availability suitability and compliance of fleet inventory including Combat Non-Combat and PPE while supporting Defence capability and operational readiness.
This role is based in Melbourne and cannot be performed remotely.

Ventia has recently been appointed as the single industry partner for a transformative new contract supporting the Australian Defence Forces clothing capability. Commencing mid-2026 this seven-year agreement (with potential extension for additional 13 years) will modernise and streamline clothing services for Defence personnel. Ventia will collaborate with expert Australian organisations to deliver end-to-end solutions including design supply warehousing distribution and retail store services ensuring efficiency innovation and exceptional value for the Commonwealth.
