We are hiring a Senior Tax Director to lead strategic tax planning compliance and risk management across our global operations. This is a high-impact leadership role offering an opportunity to influence global tax strategy and guide a talented team within a rapidly evolving business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global tax strategy focused on optimizing effective tax rate cash tax and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee execution of tax planning initiatives including energy credits FDII R&D and other global incentives.
  • Direct and review M&A tax diligence structuring and post-acquisition integration.
  • Provide executive-level insight on domestic and international tax developments impacting the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with global tax laws reporting and transfer pricing requirements.
  • Manage relationships with external advisors and tax authorities.
  • Mentor and develop tax team members while fostering cross-functional partnership with finance legal and operations.
  • Support quarterly and annual tax provision processes and communicate results to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related discipline; CPA or advanced degree (LL.M./MST) strongly preferred.
  • 1015 years of progressive corporate tax experience including leadership roles in public accounting or large multinational firms.
  • Deep technical knowledge across U.S. and international tax including GILTI FDII BEPS 2.0 and transfer pricing.
  • Proven record of managing global projects and M&A transactions.
  • Strong leadership analytical and communication skills with executive presence.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $180000 - $200000.

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidates final salary including but not limited to relevant experience skills and education.
