How Youll Create Possibilities

• Assist the Sr. HRIS Manager in the configuration and testing of the Workday tenant
• Monitor future releases for future enhancements
• Maintain and audit user security.
• Possess a passion for data integrity accuracy and attention to detail
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday reporting
• Provide end-user troubleshooting issue remediation and escalation management and monitor reoccurring issues
• Create template reports dashboards scorecards etc.
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Stay informed of current system requirements and releases

What Youll Bring to Our Team

• Bachelors Degree in Business Human Resources Psychology or related field
• 3 Years experience with Workday HCM
• Knowledge of Workday data model security and reporting.
• Experienced in the use of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and v-look ups
• Flexibility and being an early adopter of change are a must
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Demonstrated analytical ability
• Outstanding organization and accuracy skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with both union and non-union manufacturing employees
• Functional knowledge of Workday modules
• Functional knowledge of Workday Security and Business processes
• Completed Workday training in related areas
