Description:

As aBusiness Analyst youll play a critical role in analyzing business data to uncover trends identify opportunities and contribute to key decisions that drive business growth. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams including finance product and engineering to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Use advancedExcel functions anddata visualization tools to analyze both internal and external business data uncovering trends and providing actionable insights.
Report Creation: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards presenting findings to stakeholders in an easy-to-understand format.
Requirement Gathering: Work with business and technical teams to gather and document clear technical requirements ensuring alignment between data needs and solutions.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (finance product engineering) to identify data-driven opportunities for improving business processes revenue and efficiency.
Financial Insights: Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data and support key financial decisions using KPIs and other relevant metrics.
Best Practices: Promote and implement best practices in data analysis and reporting across the organization.

Qualifications:

2 years of experience inbusiness analysisbusiness intelligence or a related field.
Strong proficiency inExcel and experience withPowerPointMS Visio Power BI SAP Jira.
Familiarity withSQL or other querying languages is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear findings.
Experience working with financial data KPIs and performance metrics is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
