Your Day in This Role

Picture this: you arrive on-site at our Houston TX manufacturing campus for your evening shift. Youre the go-to resource for the team keeping critical utilities operating safely efficiently and in compliance. You review overnight trends prioritize maintenance work coordinate with production and then dive inhands-on.

  • Keep essential utilities running within quality and environmental specs: HVAC deionized purified water clean compressed air boilers and chillers.
  • Inspect test maintain repair and coordinate installation services for MEP systems.
  • Troubleshoot building and system faults; verify calculations; analyze data and drawings.
  • Test new or modified products processes and systems providing clear feedback to engineers.
  • Identify risks recommend preventive actions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Document work precisely per company and regulatory policies in Maximo and on test scripts/protocols.
  • Share knowhow: train others transfer knowledge and serve as the initial point of contact for the shift.
  • Support group initiatives including planned shutdowns capital projects continuous improvement work and PIT teams.
  • Communicate professionally with teammates production contractors and suppliers.
  • Uphold safety environmental and CGMP requirements in everything you do.

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluency in reading writing understanding and communicating in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong HVAC maintenance background.
  • Hands-on experience in plumbing mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.
  • Proficiency across: Facilities maintenance 5 Why root-cause analysis Preventive Maintenance & Inspection HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.

  • Work Hours: 2nd Shift (8 hours): Monday to Friday 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM CST
  • Location: Onsite (Houston TX)
  • Travel Requirements: 0 10%
