Hiring a full time office lead with excellent organizing skills and a personable temperament. The ideal candidate should be able to adapt to the practice needs remain flexible and handle a variety of situations. You will help to optimize operational efficiency and help create a pleasant work environment. Looking for an energetic professional adept at multi-tasking.
Office Lead responsibilities including but not limited to-
- Oversee the schedule and monitor daily tasks to ensure the office operates smoothly.
- Maintain office supplies and medication inventory.
- Perform receptionist or medical assistant duties when needed - greet visitors and answer and direct calls.
- Ensure office policies and procedures are implemented properly and posted according to inspection requirements
- Ensure proper storage and handling of equipment medications sharp containers etc.
- Ensure hygiene protocols are in place and office/patient areas are neat and tidy.
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvement.
- Training and onboarding of incoming and active staff members
- Office decorations
- Handle parent/patient complaints to achieve patient satisfaction
- Provide leadership and cultivate a positive environment for all staff in office
- Knowledge of billing including-handling claim denials co-pay/balances deductibles CPT payments
- Ensure HEDIS measures are being met and implement plan to capture care gaps
- Provide the necessary administrative support and reports directly to practice administrator.
Be familiar with EMR Word Excel and Microsoft Teams
