Pay Rate: $28.50-$32.50/hour
Centurion is proud to be the provider ofmedical servicesto the Florida Department of Corrections.
We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurseto join our team at Wakulla Correctional Institution- RCClocated in Crawfordville Florida.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Mental Health) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
Qualifications
- Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Corrections experience not required
- Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
Available Shift: Nights 7PM-7:30AM; rotating weekends
